If u like eggs a lot there's a safe way to eat them..so u don't die of high cholesterol by eating eggs u just don't eat the yellow part of it..if ur gonna scramble ur eggs just use one egg yolk and the rest just whites..same goes with cooking it sunny side up..just leave one egg yolk and the rest just whites..by doing that it reduces the cholesterol level and u can eat as many eggs as u want and still have that same great taste..
